Frequently asked questions.

We’re open Monday to Thursday, from 08:00 to 15:00.
Our team is available during these hours to answer questions, assist with meal deliveries, volunteer enquiries, and provide information about our programs and events.

Please note that we are closed on Fridays, weekends, and public holidays.

Outside of our official hours we are often still busy with food collection and distribution, however we are unavailable for phone calls and visitors.

Yes, Meals on Wheels head office provides tax certificates on request. You can either call 021-851-6610 or send an email to initiate this.
